Financial Management
Financial Policy Reminders:
- No online banking or ATM/Debit cards.
- Two (2) unrelated signers must sign checks. The signer may not be the same person as the payee.
- Record purpose of check on the memo line.
- Bank Statement cycle date must reflect the period from the first day of the month through the last day of the month.
- Check Images are required.
- All fundraisers must be approved by the club and submitted to the county office for approval by the county director.

Club Year-End Reporting
All 4-H chartered units (clubs and council) must submit the year-end reporting to the county office by September 15, 2024
